Subject: Revised Operational Hours for Immigration Counters
To streamline administrative processing and data management, the public is notified of the following changes to our counter services in Nuku’alofa:
- Cashier Closing: Payment counters for all visa and permit fees will now close daily at 3:00 PM.
- General Services: Document drop-offs and general inquiries will continue to be available until 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
- Fee Schedule: Applicants are advised to check the “Fees & Forms” page for the most recent adjustments to permit extension costs to ensure the correct payment is prepared.
